Limited Capacity filling up

This presentation/hands on workshop will cover the basics of mushroom cultivation. Mushrooms are an excellent main crop, or value added product for farmers. Most gourmet and medicinal mushrooms will grow readily on agricultural waste products. We will go through the process of preparing small kits with Oyster Mushroom spawn for everyone to take home.
