Join Laura Perkins, Stone Barns Center's formal gardens and landscape manager, on a walk around the farm for a plant identification and foraging experience. Among the many plants you will discover are Hazelnut, Sugar Maple, Pawpaw, Spicebush, Shagbark and Sweet Birch. Learn about the ecological roles these plants play on the farm, how we market them in the store and how Blue Hill chefs use them in syrups, infusions, teas, tinctures and more.
