In the United States and throughout Mexico and Central and South America, Latino farmers are systematically left out of decision-making processes. Agriculture and Farm policy significantly impacts Latino rural communities. The National Latino Farmers and Ranchers Trade Association (NLFRTA) is committed to promoting sustainable farm and ranching policy to improve farming operations for Latino-farmworkers.
